Costs, including coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners (starting with an evening meal on Sunday and ending after lunch on Friday), are €500 (excluding accommodation).
For online participants, the fee is €40.
As agreed after the last session in Riga, accommodation is the responsibility of the participants. They can choose from hotels or more affordable apartments in the city centre. However, 60 rooms at the Mercure Hotel have been reserved. A single room with breakfast costs PLN 300/night (April 2026 – €70.50), while a double room with breakfast costs PLN 360/night (€84.60).
The cost of potential parking is PLN 35 per car per night (€8.20). Participants can make reservations from the reserved number until 28 February 2027. After this date, unused rooms will be returned to general sale. Participants can make reservations by phone or email at ADAM.SZOSTEK@ACCOR.COM or WIOLETTA.FIRKOWSKA@ACCOR.COM using the password „ISERV2027”. Participants who decide to book after 28 February 2027 will be able to make reservations under the specified terms and conditions using a password, subject to general room availability for the specified date. If anyone would like to stay overnight at the Mercure Hotel before or after the conference, the price will remain the same as during the conference. It is necessary to provide exact dates when booking.
